The interiors of PARKLANE are a temple of simple sophistication, a reflection of our partnership with Italian design brand Scavolini. Designed to incorporate maximum light and space for sensible furniture layouts, every room has a certain Zen-like quality. This refined minimalism is further reinforced in the chic, unadorned, quality finishes and fixtures that grace the interiors. With engineered wood flooring, granite and quartz surfaces, glass, porcelain and marble tiles, the materials used are contemporary, but timeless and elegant, tonal and textural, and the look is sleek, but still warm, comfortable and inviting.

PARKLANE’s post modernist architectural design isn’t just beautiful, it works beautifully too. The townhomes' well-proportioned and articulated façades enhance the surrounding neighbourhood’s character. I have always loved modern design. Its clean lines, its undemanding aesthetics, its crisp beauty, and when I came upon this spectacular location, I found the perfect canvas to bring this desire to life, the perfect stage to launch Kobenhavn's first luxury residential project. And so was born PARKLANE. As a person of action, inspired by the excitement of possibilities, I shared my vision with some of the finest in business. And in partnership with the award-winning Turner Fleischer Architects, and the celebrated design firm of Bryon Patton Associates, we created PARKLANE.
